They made it easy

We wanted to own a home, but could not qualify for a loan from the bank or mortgage company, we had rented for years and years. 

They showed us how we could become home owners for the about the same as the rent we had been paying, We are so happy we now own our own home and know each month when we make our payment we are 1 payment closer to having our home paid for!

We did not know if we would qualify!!

When we saw the had for homes for sale with owner financing we did not know if we would qualify... even though the ad said no banks needed all credit is approved, we wondered if they could help us.

After going to their website and talking with Michael  we decided to go look at some of their houses.  We found a home we loved and came into their office filled out the application and the next day we were approved.  We then set up the date to take ownership of our new home, placed the down payment money, turned on utilities and moved it...

It was so easy and now we own our home!

the work for equity program, helped us start owning our home

We found a home that was big enough for our family, but did not have all the down payment, but the home needed work and MPJ had not started the work yet!   The offerd me to do the work I was qualified to do and they took that off part of the total price of the home and part off the down payment they would want if they did the work!!

This really helped our family and now we have done the work and love the home and it made it work for our familys finances!
